Steve Harvey

Had this former insurance salesman and boxer not made it big in Hollywood, very few people will know the name, Steve Harvey.  He lives a luxurious life by splurging on houses. Just in 2020, he purchased a 34,688 square-foot palace in Atlanta, Georgia for a whopping $15 million. The house is nothing short of spectacular, with an infinity pool, a spa, and state of the art facilities like an expensive home security system. Steve also has another home in Atlanta, which he and his wife bought for $3.4 million.  He also owned a condo in Chicago which he sold for $7.7 million.

Yet another house is in Texas which was last listed for a little over $1 million. The man clearly deserves those houses as he worked hard for various jobs to get to his $160 million net worth. He does not technically own a jet, but Steve has leased a Gulfstream. He paid $250,000 and had a few legal troubles with the oral agreement afterward.
