Reality TV has produced some of the most memorable characters to date. Just take Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey—everyone’s favorite guilty pleasure. Despite being highly controversial, Teresa still managed to go far having written bestseller cookbooks, and despite going through some jail time for banking and tax fraud, Teresa still managed to win over the hearts of the show’s fans.

Let’s be real, we all love drama and the show served up plenty of it during its run. Currently, her daughter Gia is attending University to prepare her to become a lawyer, with which Teresa shows enthusiasm and support. “I am happy for her,” Teresa says in an interview with Page Six. It makes one wonder just what it was like for Gia – growing up in such an environment wouldn’t have been easy. But it does come with one perk: She’ll never have to experience bankruptcy.
