Nicole Eggert became a household name as she suited up for the hit TV show Baywatch as Summer Quinn. It was her role in Baywatch that opened doors for her in the entertainment industry. She appeared in different shows after her stint on Baywatch, such as Sleeping Beauties, Submerged, Thank You, Goodnight, National Lampoons Cattle Call, Loaded, A Christmas Proposal, and Turbulent Skies just to name a few.

Eggert has since retired from Hollywood. What has she been doing lately, you ask? Well, she put some of her investment money on an ice cream truck, that’s what! Though she wasn’t able to get a taste of the silver screen, Eggert has made a good earning in her career. It seems that being away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood suits her just fine as handing out ice cream to customers seem to be more rewarding for the actress.
