Canadian actor Mike Myers is the voice behind the famous character Shrek. He also acted in 2008’s The Love Guru and gave life to Dr. Evil in the Austin Powers movie series. His performance as Dr. Evil is ranked number 35 on the Premiere Magazine’s 100 Greatest Movie Characters of All Time.

Regrettably, the last film of the franchise seems to have ruined the actor’s career as it was deemed an awful project by film experts. Despite his reputation and years of success as an A-list actor during that time, Myers struggled to recover from his downfall, and his previous investments in acting were overlooked by producers and movie makers. Although the actor doesn’t seem to be bothered by the scarcity of project offers, his fans still want to see more of him, which led to the speculations that he might return to the screen as Dr. Evil sometime soon.
