MICHAEL SCHOEFFLING

Michael Schoeffling is an American model and actor. He started his career as a wrestler and won numerous tournaments in freestyle wrestling, among others. Then at the age of 23, Michael started his career in the film industry after starring in the teen cult classic movie, Sixteen Candles. The pro-wrestler turned actor is widely remembered by fans for her performance in the said film, where he successfully played the character of Jack Ryan. Although Michael had a string of other movies where he was involved, he decided to leave the busy Hollywood life altogether. Before quitting his acting career, Schoeffling took part in huge productions such as Mermaids and Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken.

Despite his successful projects, the actor’s career was short-lived. According to reports, he used his investment money from Hollywood to run a carpentry business in Pennsylvania, where he is currently residing. Though leaving his acting career may be an unexpected decision, he now seems to be satisfied with his family life.
