LEELEE SOBIESKI

Leelee Sobieski was discovered in her New York City school cafeteria by a casting director. The former young actress has since made a name for herself during her teen years after her hit drama film Deep Impact. Her career was further boosted by an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award nomination for her performance in the TV film Joan of Arc. Alongside other big stars, Leelee continued to shine.

These include performances with Drew Barrymore in Never Been Kissed in 1999, Diane Lane in The Glass House in the year 2001, and Josh Hartnett & Chris Klein in Here on Earth in 2000. The actress had a great run in movie productions and television. Despite her massive success and numerous investments, Leelee had finally decided to retire from show business and spend more time with her family back in 2012. During an interview, she confirmed that she doesn’t work on movies anymore.
