BILLY ZANE

Actor Billy Zane is best remembered by the public for his role as Caledon Hockley in the blockbuster romantic movie Titanic. Unlike his co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, the actor’s career didn’t seem to benefit much from the tremendous success of the film. In an unfortunate turn of events, Zane hasn’t landed any significant role after that, though he appeared in Zoolander 2 back in 2016.

Many would think that he may have lost his spirit and desire to become a successful actor, but despite the challenges in his chosen path, the actor worked hard to continue doing his passion and started taking on low-profile roles while working on smaller film productions. Another fun fact about this persistent actor is that he is also an abstract expressionist painter who has done various big-scale and small-scale exhibitions. We guess that creativity is really hard to stifle, especially if it’s in one’s blood. Thankfully, Zane has many creative outlets to pursue since acting does not seem to fare well with him these days.
