Actress Geena Davis became very popular in the ’80s and the ’90s as she conquered both film and television with her incredible acting talent and drama degree from Boston University. Although, like most artists, she started gaining ground from modeling before she landed roles in acting. Her most unforgettable performances are in films such as The Fly, Beetlejuice, The Accidental Tourist, Thelma & Louise, and A League of Their Own. All her roles in the mentioned films were, at one point to the next, key in cementing her work as an actress in the industry.

Davis was able to establish a great acting career, and she also secured significant investments during her prime. Because of her talent, the actress went on to win an Academy Award and a Golden Globe award. Some of her final projects include Grey’s Anatomy and Commander in Chief TV series. She is currently dedicating her time to social activism for gender equality.
