PAM DAWBER

Pam Dawber has had many memorable roles over the years, but none more so than the credit she received as Mindy McConell in the show Mork & Mindy. The program was on air from 1978 to 1982 and helped turn the actress into a household name. This was followed by a lead role in My Sister Sam, in which she played Samantha Russell. Before she was an actress, however, Dawber started out as a model. She even appeared in a number of TV advertisements for brands such as Neet, Fotomat, Noxzema, and so on.

It was in 1977 when she first got her taste of Hollywood, after auditioning for a role in Tabitha. In 1987, she married fellow actor Mark Harmon. Together, they have two sons; Seam Thomas and Ty Christian. The former has keenly followed in their footsteps and is an established actor as well.
