He was the first athlete in history to earn over $30 million per year in salary. He’s easily one of the few ones who made billions from his career. Jordan may be the best basketball player the world has seen, winning several playoffs during his time.

After his third and final retirement, he stayed in shape, played golf with celebrity friends, and spent time with his family. It seems that his success was beyond his athletic career.
