American actress and children author Julianne Moore has done independent and Hollywood films since the early 1990s. At 60 years old, the two-time Golden Globe awardee successfully defied signs of aging. However, recent sightings of the actress stirred speculations that she might have gone under the knife to tighten her jawline.

Moore is yet to confirm or deny this, but she said that her youthful look could be attributed to a disciplined lifestyle.
